Design and development of the feature-config system, allowing health services to configure their instance autonomously (eliminating dependency on customer support). Implementation of a new medical pathway for regulatory compliance. Participation in code improvement task forces: refactoring the testing strategy (CI parallelization) and initiating TypeScript pain point correction across the codebase. TypeScript mentoring within the company through live sessions open to all developers (presentations, live coding, Q&A).

Development from scratch of a React application embedded on sports betting terminals, now deployed on over 1,000 terminals in production (Electron). Participation in field user testing and integration of feedback into the product. Setup and facilitation of weekly technical workshops for the team: technology watch, mob programming, presentations. Initiative has become a team ritual.

Maintenance and evolution of a Java monolithic advertising management application (10+ years of history). Design and development lead on the complete rewrite of a mapping application (AngularJS → Angular). Development of advertising campaign management tools for local authorities and management of movable assets.
