I offer neutral and independent advice, without the interests of any single freight forwarding company or network.

If change is required - in my consulting approach, I fundamentally prefer to first implement an optimization path with existing logistics service providers. If this is not successful or a market analysis is desired from the outset, I use tenders to achieve the desired goal.
