- management of costs (design to cost) and environmental impact (life cycle analysis & eco-design)

- design oriented to promote local production based on the priority distribution area

- compliance with current standards and regulations

Seeing a child's smile when they play with one of my toys is one of the most touching experiences I know.

I want to enable children to play with products that are respectful of their planet, raise their awareness of natural materials by giving them the opportunity from an early age to familiarize themselves with wood.

These toys are intended to be functional, attractive and safe for the child, reassuring and decorative for the parents.

During these fabulous years spent at Decathlon, I was able to develop many products (glasses, binoculars, meditation bench...), from the product brief to supporting designers on the technical and economic feasibility of their work, through to industrialization in the factory to ensure cost and quality were met.
