-> I implemented a process for establishing budgets, forecasts, and enabling variance analyses.

-> I analyzed costs, identified cost drivers, and presented this to the CFO

-> I recommended several action plans to the executive committee to reduce operational costs

-> I modeled dashboards on Power BI to automate KPI reporting

I built financial models, plans, and analyses for the EMEA and APAC regions. I reported competitive analyses to the executive committee, detailing key figures and strategic decisions made by our competitors. I contributed to the production of a financial deck, reported monthly to management. I was responsible for developing an annual budget, a monthly forecast, and analyzing a $10M P&L.

-> I created an Excel model allowing sales teams to understand and offer discounts to our clients.

-> I reduced reporting time from 5 business days to 1 business day by automating the reporting process using Excel and Tableau software.

-> I brought expenses back to budgeted costs by improving the budgeting process, forecasting, and variance analysis for a $10M P&L.

-> I contributed to risk management by establishing competitor analysis and reporting for the executive committee.
