I support Financial Departments in their transformation, performance management, and operational improvement challenges: Finance organization, management control, reporting, Finance data, EPM/BI projects, and operational reinforcement.

I specifically focus on two of the firm's expertise areas: FP&A Reporting Factory and functional consulting (AMOA) for Finance on ERP/EPM/BI projects.

Structure a common, reliable, and governed FP&A reporting process. In many groups, Finance tools and management models already exist, but the actual reporting production remains scattered across Excel files, local rules, and manual adjustments.

Objective: Harmonize indicators, ensure data reliability, and accelerate the production of analyses useful for decision-making.

Act as the operational link between the Financial Department, IT teams, and integrators for Finance application scopes: requirements gathering, business rule formalization, functional specifications, business acceptance testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Management of production and design costs (preparation of the revised budget and monthly closings). Monitoring and analysis of inventory; Product margin monitoring; Standard cost monitoring; Intercompany sales P&L; Monthly reporting & ad hoc studies for department directors. Pricing Management: development of the price positioning strategy by market; Coordination of the pricing construction process. Management of two juniors.

Analysis of the financial results of European entities; Support for operational managers in financial steering of their activities to optimize profitability; Participation in monthly management committees of sites and presentation of margins by client and technologies; Construction of high-performance analysis tools and visual dashboards to prevent financial risks (Power BI); Responsible for the flow of financial information between Operational Departments and the European Directorate and ad hoc analyses; Construction of analysis reports for work orders (Monitoring of consumptions, production costs, performance, and margins). Monthly monitoring of inventory variation and valuation; Monitoring and automation of closing entries; Implementation of a Balance Sheet and P&L interfaced with the tool.
