Benjamin Bollenbach

A graduate with a Master's degree in Economic and Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine, I started my career in Parisian investment funds (seed fund for entrepreneurs then family VC fund in the Foodtech and Health sectors).

In parallel, I started consulting missions in 2017 on various subjects:

- business planning and market research

- strategic seminars

- business development (B2B & B2C)

I ended up putting together a complete fundraising support proposal in 2020 that I have carried out with more than 50 clients over the last 3 years, resulting in several million euros raised for French and European tech companies.

I subsequently diversified by taking on cross-functional business partner assignments for young digital companies (DNVB, Web 3) that are experiencing some success, based on my ability to combine the rigor of financial expertise with the implementation of operational processes.

Finally, in 2022, I was approached by one of the leaders in European mass retail to launch a new services project in 8 countries, with a contract of several billion euros over 5 years. The project being a success, I was then promoted to Financial Director of the Services Business Unit, which generates several billion euros in business volume and tens of millions of euros in EBITDA. I finally decided to end this role in June 2024, to dedicate myself to entrepreneurial projects, and decided to develop my business network from Dubai.

I am now looking for part-time CFO assignments, or opportunities to become a business partner for ambitious young companies, in France or Dubai, needing a versatile profile to develop or structure their business.
