Project: Optimization/creation of data models and process automation

Mission: Within the AXA Partners IT Data team, my main mission was to maintain and improve existing data models (IT budget, Project Management), as well as associated dashboards, the creation of the SILVA model, and development on Power Apps and Power Automate.

Role:

Creation of the data model for the SILVA ticketing tool (provided by AXA GO) into a data flow, transformed into a semantic model using the Star Schema method, including dimension tables and a fact table.

Development of reports based on this model, linked to an SSAS cube to meet specific M&H and Health incident and defect report needs.

Creation of a Proof of Concept (PoC) to replace two custom connectors with two Power Automate flows (one for OData calls, the other for WS API calls), connecting RFM and ITCA (ITCostAllocation) applications to the Planview tool for project and resource data extraction. Comparative analysis of the performance of the two proposed solutions.

Development on Power Apps and Power Automate to automate and optimize team processes.

Migration of all solutions from the Service Admin (SA) team's environments to the ITDT Dev, UAT, and Prod environments to unify and centralize processes.

Technical support for the SA team on evolutions of Power Apps Canvas applications and Power Automate flows.

Ensuring the security of solutions by rigorous access management and the implementation of appropriate governance.

Project: Consultant Skills Matrix (Following the "LOAD AO" project)

Mission: After the completion of the "LOAD AO" project, an additional need was identified to develop a consultant skills matrix solution, for consultants either on leave or on client assignments. The objective was to facilitate the matching and staffing of consultants with calls for tender (AO), as well as to promote their skill development based on market needs, activities, and consultant aspirations.

Role:

Study and implementation of the project's solution architecture, considering budget and technical constraints.

Creation of interconnected SharePoint lists using unique identifiers (ID) for efficient data relationship management.

Development of the skills matrix form using Power Apps Canvas.

Automation of email reminders via Power Automate to encourage form completion and updates.

Visualization of employee skills data on Power BI for optimized staffing.

Training, coaching, and skill development of a team of junior Power Platform developers on the project.

Execution of tests, debugging, access management, and performance optimization of Power Apps applications, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and SharePoint lists.

Strict adherence to data security standards and confidentiality policies.

End-user training and comprehensive deliverable documentation.

Project: Financial Services PF Purchases / Multi-Client Banking & Insurance

Mission: Design and implementation of a call for tender management application named "LOAD AO".

Role:

Development and creation of interactive dashboards for sales teams for effective staffing visualization.

Creation of a machine learning model using AI Builder to process PDF files, facilitating the extraction of essential data from calls for tender (AO).

Implementation of automated flows on Power Automate for sending calls for tender in PDF format to the dedicated Azure storage space, as well as integrating extracted data into a PostgreSQL database. This process automatically generates acknowledgments (AR) via Outlook.

Development of a Canvas application on Power Apps for internal consultants, offering a list of calls for tender with the ability to express interest to Sales and the Staffing Partner via a pre-filled email containing the call for tender details.
