Benedicte Vicario

After working for 18 years in companies in Human Resources, I have been self-employed since 2016 as an HR Consultant and Coach. A graduate of a DESS in HR from Paris Dauphine University, I am also a certified Master Practitioner in NLP.

In HR, I worked in various companies and for 14 years at Sodexo in essentially international roles that I created, for small entities acquired by Sodexo and experiencing strong growth.

As a member of management committees and a manager, I position myself as a strategic and operational partner serving the business: global vision, strategy development, HR development (career management, team creation, training, recruitment), project management.

As a coach, I base my practice on active listening to words and the body, and on encouraging movement while respecting the individual's identity so they can reveal their full potential. My most important values are respect, authenticity, and joy. I am trained in Biodanza, a collective practice of bodily listening through dance.

I have traveled extensively abroad and lived there for over 10 years (UK, Belgium, Indonesia) and speak fluent English.

Finally, I have managed functional teams directly and cross-functionally and loved contributing to their development.
