With 24 years of experience as a consultant and founder of Artélie Conseil, I specialize in corporate conflict management, psychosocial risk (PSR) prevention, and organizational dynamics optimization. My approach is primarily human, pragmatic, and tailored to the specific needs of each company and, above all, to their strategy.

Over the years, I have supported more than 250 organizations, large and small, in resolving internal crises and managing tensions within teams. I intervene in both specific issues and more global approaches to improving social climate and well-being at work.
