I founded the firm "Human Matters Network" in 2015, which supports Leaders and Management Committees in all their challenges, particularly in managing sensitive situations and transformations.

My experience of over 20 years as Director of operational teams and then Global HR Director for the Novotel brand has allowed me to work on leadership and management, cooperation, and service culture at different organizational levels.
