Finding new suppliers (worldwide), writing calls for tender, negotiating purchasing conditions in conjunction with legal and financial departments, monitoring contracts (quality, deadlines, delivery, payment) in conjunction with various stakeholders (suppliers, other internal departments), etc., are all tasks that I carry out for you.

With my international experience, purchasing in Asia (particularly in China), Eastern Europe, and Africa holds no mysteries for me.

In addition to team management skills, mastery of office IT tools allows me to quickly synthesize situations in order to better present them to management for better decision-making.
