Real estate lawyer and asset manager, I support companies and institutional players in the legal, contractual, and operational management of their real estate assets, with particular expertise in tertiary and commercial real estate.

I am involved in the entire lifecycle of leases and assets: drafting and negotiating commercial leases and rental agreements, renewal strategies, contractual security, management of pre-litigation and litigation, monitoring of collective proceedings, as well as updating templates and legal watch. My approach aims to secure transactions while optimizing real estate performance.

Thanks to hands-on experience in asset management and operations, I have a transversal vision integrating legal, financial, and technical issues: budget monitoring, rent and charges analysis, service control, real estate project management, and coordination of multiple stakeholders. This dual expertise allows me to work closely with operational teams and real estate departments, with a focus on concrete and pragmatic solutions.
