Béla Schwarz

Graduated from EDHEC and Mines Paris, I decided to turn to personal development coaching.

 I first worked for one of the largest banks in France (Société Générale) where I developed rigor and high standards in risk and compliance.

 I then moved into the corporate world. First, I worked for the world leader in luxury, LVMH, in Financial Consolidation. I was able to grow within a team where communication and collaboration were essential for successful deliverables.

 Then, I decided to move to a large American multinational; Amazon.

There I acquired autonomy, independence, and responsibility while working in an international context where adaptability is key. I am also bilingual in French and English.

After all these experiences, I realized that they did not suit me and that I wanted to live my passion: supporting and helping highly sensitive people in their personal and professional lives.

With training from top American coaches (T. Robbins and D. Grazioci), as well as rich and unique personal experience, I offer methods and personalized support that will enable you to achieve your goals and much more.
