Bee Lee Lavergne

Better known by my nickname "Eileen", I act as an Advisory Consultant and Coach to support young B2B startups or scaleups and established SMEs in their organizational transition and international development.

I work closely with co-founders and the management team on their strategic marketing axes and to refocus a sustainable offering positioning, by aligning sales and marketing, harmonizing messaging, and contributing to clarifying the company's overall vision. In this evolution of company life, people and the team remain at the heart of this collective transition with organized coaching, in addition to restructuring talent mapping (skills-mapping) and recruitment or other useful support.

In another life, I led marketing management and project management missions worldwide for multinationals such as Cisco, Alcatel, and PTC, as well as for medium-sized Asian and European companies. This experience has shaped my international career for almost 20 years. It has also strengthened my adaptability and my appreciation for cultural differences, ranging from North America to Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

I am an accredited EMCC coach and hold an Executive Master from HEC Paris and Oxford Said Business School in Consulting and Coaching for Change (renamed Change Leadership), as well as a Master's degree from the University of Westminster London and a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University in the USA. I have also served in various board capacities for IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) and for TCL (The Change Leaders).
