Open Innovation Manager / External Affairs Department My main missions are to lead strategic public/private alliances in healthtech and support our teams in their interaction with the french innovative ecosystems. Creation and management of the Open Innovation Governance

- In charge of the strategic and tactical alignment of partnerships and innovative projects with the Janssen France roadmap. Responsible for strategic Healthtech alliances (public/private):

- PariSanté Campus: Set up and lead of the partnership as a "Grand Partenaire de PariSanté Campus" to contribute to strengthen digital health ecosystem's synergies by providing health innovation Janssen's expertises.

- AI for Health: In charge of the partnership and co-organisation of the annual summit, reference of the AI ecosystem (2000 attendees)

- IMPACT Mental Health: Set up and management of the accelerator bringing together 10 founding partners and 8 institutional partners, acceleration of 5 startups providing answers to care pathway breakdowns in Mental Health.

- Inno'Vaccins: Management for Janssen of the incubator at Station F. Accompaniment of 10 startups during the pandemic, proposing innovative solutions to support the government's vaccination strategy and facilitate the care process.

Digital Innovation Manager / Digital & Data Center of Excellence Supporting Janssen France teams in understanding new technologies and setting up in their innovative projects :

- Creating and leading an active network within our innovative ecosystem (startups, incubators, technology players, public and institutional partners, etc.)

- Co-pilot of the "AI for Janssen" initiative: Identification of the next digital challenges of the pharmaceutical industry, support of the teams in their implementation.

- Definition and implementation of collective innovation tools. Organisation of the first Janssen France Datathon "Tous acteurs de la Santé de demain".

- Set-up and run of the UX Lab: Design Thinking and User Test workshops to challenge our digital innovations with healthcare professionals.

The new experience of tailor-made optics. LUNETIC offers bespoke eyewear accessible to all and a new experience in buying and manufacturing frames. Our offer aims to adapt to new consumer trends with a mobile shopping experience from our application, customised frame fitting calculated automatically by our algorithms, support throughout the purchasing process and the handling of refunds. The customer is at the heart of our model with an offer adapted to his needs and the implementation of a personalized customer follow-up process. We create and design our products in order to offer quality frames, printed in 3D, with a unique style and we guarantee "Made in France". Indeed, our products are thought, designed and manufactured in the Basque Country. We produce in a responsible way, using a local network, we make to order and we recycle the raw materials used to print our frames. Our multi-disciplinary team is determined to shake up the traditional processes by offering an offer that meets new consumption patterns and customer needs. We are new generation opticians, creators, manufacturers and distributors.
