I managed the territorial strategic coordination of the Housing First program in Galicia, Andalusia, and the Community of Madrid, in constant liaison with funding Public Administrations and executing social entities. My role was to ensure the correct implementation of the model, the quality of processes, and evidence-based decision-making.

I led applied research and qualitative evaluation processes on homelessness, designing indicator frameworks, analyzing interviews with users and professionals, and preparing technical reports with public policy recommendations used for program improvement and consolidation.

In this role, I strategically incorporated the use of generative AI for qualitative analysis, achieving a reduction in analysis time of over 20% and greater consistency and traceability of results. I also carried out inter-institutional coordination tasks, technical advice, and support for programmatic decision-making in contexts of high social complexity.

I was responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of a pilot program to support people experiencing homelessness, aimed at institutional scalability and replicability by Public Administrations and social entities.

I defined the intervention methodology, monitoring indicators, and evaluation systems, and led the continuous optimization of the program based on results analysis. The pilot achieved an autonomy rate of 70%, tripling the usual industry standards.

Furthermore, I promoted the digitalization and improvement of internal processes through the strategic use of generative AI, and led the professional team, supporting methodological decision-making and ensuring the quality of the intervention.

I managed the strategic coordination of the Health, Relief, and Emergency area, with responsibility for operational planning, budget control (approx. €420,000), and supervision of contracts and foreseeable risk devices.

I designed quality and evaluation systems, as well as intervention protocols in collaboration with Public Administrations, aimed at ensuring effectiveness, safety, and regulatory compliance in emergency and healthcare devices.

My work included the development of procedures, operational risk management, and institutional liaison, contributing to the professionalized management of critical services funded by public funds.
