A professional in training for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I have developed comprehensive expertise in supporting trainers, training organizations, and project leaders wishing to create, structure, or develop their activity. As an independent trainer, workshop facilitator, and member of certification juries, I intervene with an approach that is operational, pedagogical, and strategic.

I support training organizations in all stages of their development: business creation, obtaining the activity declaration number (NDA), understanding regulatory obligations, Qualiopi compliance, and mobilizing funding mechanisms. Thanks to my in-depth knowledge of the sector, I help professionals secure their practices and build high-performing and sustainable organizations.

Passionate about pedagogy, I also support trainers in professionalizing their practice. I help them design effective training courses, develop pedagogical scenarios adapted to learners' needs, and implement relevant evaluation methods. I pay particular attention to the quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement of training activities.

My experience also covers the administrative management of training organizations: file tracking, funding requests, pedagogical and financial reports, internal procedure management, and document organization. This mastery allows me to provide comprehensive and concrete support to the organizations I advise.

Today, I leverage this 360° view of vocational training to support sector stakeholders in their development, quality, and certification projects. My goal is to impart concrete methods, strengthen their skills, and contribute sustainably to their success.
