    PhD Beatrice Adriana Șerban has an extensive experience in the field
    of materials obtaining processes, high entropy oxides and alloys, environmental protection and energy
    storage. The PhD studies were focused on compositionally complex alloys (CCAs) with biocompatible
    properties, including modelling processes, performed to identify an optimal chemical composition and
    the obtaining and refining processes of the CCAs structure. Dr. Șerban was involved in numerous
    research projects related to energy storage materials, non – ferrous metals and high entropy alloys. Dr. Serban has coordinated both national and international projects that accomplishes the life cycle assessment of
    new generation Li – ion batteries, which considers the ecological footprint decreasing strategies,
    including the reducing of critical raw materials content, extending life cycle, or improving recyclability.
