A recruiter by profession for over 30 years in industry, R&D, and tech, and a certified neurobiology coach, I help companies and professionals find each other in the right place. Not just for a position: for a career path.

I work as a freelancer in two often complementary areas:

→ Recruitment of rare technical and scientific profiles (industry, R&D, engineering), from defining needs to integration: targeted sourcing, in-depth interviews, useful decision-making summaries.

→ Coaching for executives and managers in transition: starting a new role, internal repositioning, career change — with an approach also based on the neurobiology of change.

Recruiting and supporting are not two separate jobs for me, but the same action viewed from both sides of the mirror. This allows me to understand both the implicit expectations of a leader and the silent doubts of a candidate.

My way of working: understand before proposing, take the necessary time, ask the slightly uncomfortable questions when needed.

My clients describe me as responsive, demanding, and close to the ground. I believe I am mainly attentive — that's often what makes all the difference.

Based in the PACA region, I work throughout France, in person or remotely.
