I am Beatrice Pieper, and my professional story began very early, almost before I knew what entrepreneurship was called. At 19, I opened my first pub, and since then, I've been creating projects wherever I felt there was something to tell, share, or set in motion.

I have worked in hospitality, technology, cultural production, radio, press, events, personal development, ecology, health, and communication. For years, I was an Apple sales representative, during a time when technology was beginning to transform the creative world, working particularly with designers, audiovisual production companies, and advertising agencies.

In 2000, I founded and directed Uakix, one of the first digital personal development magazines in Spain, which gathered a community of over 200,000 subscribers. Then came radio programs like Mundo Saludable, Economía Humana, Noches Buenas, and Radio G1, where I continued to explore communication as a way to open questions, give voice to other narratives, and make complex topics humanly and understandably accessible.

I was also responsible for communication and press for BioCultura / Asociación Vida Sana, an experience that consolidated my work with the media and my specialization in projects related to ecology, health, sustainability, and new ways of living.

Today, I direct Uakix te Cuenta, my press office. From there, I accompany authors, publishers, documentaries, and cultural, social, ecological, and health projects in finding their narrative, organizing their message, and gaining visibility in the media.

Between August 2024 and June 2025, I worked on the communication for Comunidad del Sol, a project focused on conscious community, sustainable housing, and new ways of living near Madrid.

My role centered on directing communication and building the project's public narrative during its initial phase. I was involved in creating the name, foundational story, narrative strategy, and positioning, as well as developing content for social media, web, media, and events.

I also collaborated in organizing key presentations and provided communication support to the founding team, offering tools, strategic insight, and a perspective focused on shaping, cohering, and publicizing a proposal that integrated community, sustainability, conscious living, and social transformation.

This experience reinforced my specialization in communication for purpose-driven projects, especially those that need to translate a broad and complex vision into a clear, understandable, and attractive message for diverse audiences.

Between March 2022 and 2024, I directed Radio G1, an online radio program dedicated to disseminating information about the G1 Free Currency for the Spanish-speaking community.

My responsibilities included program direction, production, and coordination, as well as hosting, conducting interviews, and creating educational content on alternative economics, monetary sovereignty, community, and new forms of exchange.

The objective of Radio G1 was to explain complex concepts of alternative economics in an accessible, friendly, and understandable language, creating a radio space for connection, education, and critical thinking for individuals interested in different economic and social models.

This experience strengthened my career as an audio communicator, interviewer, and disseminator of projects related to social transformation, alternative economics, and community building.
