As Head of Training and Customer Solution Support, I combine functional, pedagogical, and operational skills to: ▸ Accompany the skill development of users (internal & external) through the creation of training content (e-learning, tutorials, pedagogical materials) and the facilitation of training sessions

▸ Creation of a dashboard and monitoring of Group HR reporting: monitoring of staff, turnover, absenteeism, via dynamic dashboards ▸ Creation of internal events during Quality of Life at Work week

Main missions:

▸ Weekly production of Group HR reporting for management

▸Creation of HR communication materials for international distribution

▸Operational deployment of a new payroll system across 23 sites (including 9 factories)

▸Development of a key skills framework and talent development (212 targeted positions)

▸Design of training modules for managers on 360Learning

▸Implementation of tools to facilitate daily HR tasks (international calendar, leave management, etc.)

▸ Creation of specific queries in the ADP software for HR data analysis
