A communicator at heart, it is primarily through oral expression that I carry out my functions as a Facilitator, Trainer & Coach.

The idea was born 13 years ago, following my first improvisation theater classes, and after identifying the almost systematic root of our problems: communication gaps.

However, to learn to speak and listen, one must first unlearn our reflexes of mistrust towards public speaking, hence the mission of "La Désimpro", the training and coaching organization I created in 2014. An improv and public speaking association also saw the light of day in 2017: Les ImprovisOrateurs (60 students/year).

Today, I happily and enthusiastically continue my entrepreneurial adventure.

I intervene, alone or with a team, on various missions, in order to:

- rethink how to communicate and collaborate in large groups

- prepare pitches for startups and entrepreneurs, co-write their storytelling

- coach leaders in preparation for media interviews or major events

- introduce students to the world of soft skills

- work on transparent and virtuous management and company culture.

My superpower? I create images with your words! I listen to your stories, your challenges, your constraints, I include your personality and then help you write and embody the speech that suits you.
