My mission: to support human and cultural transformations within companies. Dare the essential to give meaning and open up to the opportunities of an emerging future in a living and learning organization to meet the challenges of ongoing changes.
My conviction: investing in the human and cultural capital of organizations leads to tangible and measurable results in terms of economic performance by reconciling well-being at work, engagement, and sustainable performance.
My areas of intervention combine project management for cultural and behavioral transformations, managerial support and coaching of executive teams, facilitation of significant events using collective intelligence methods, leadership transformation, and animation of learning paths for emotional and relational skills.
In an organizational coaching approach, my interventions are developed "tailor-made" in co-construction with my clients. My approach to supporting transformations involves individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.
