In my capacity as a trainer and VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience) facilitator in various sectors, including the medico-social field, my mission is to support professionals in this sector in recognizing and valuing their skills, by guiding them throughout their VAE journey. I also conduct training sessions to develop their know-how and professional posture.

- I inform candidates about the VAE system, accessible diplomas, and the steps involved.

- I assist in analyzing professional experience and identifying transferable skills.

- I support the writing of the 'livret 2' (validation file), guiding them on structuring and showcasing their experiences.

- I prepare candidates for interviews with the VAE jury (role-playing, mock interviews, stress management).

- I provide personalized follow-up, taking into account each candidate's background, pace, and specific needs.

- Support for various diplomas, particularly in the medico-social field.
