Product Owner & Service Owner for the IBM Cloud Database offering for BNP Paribas (mission via Devoteam), I manage the roadmap and product vision for 7 products in dual run, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch, between an old orchestrator (Java/BPM IBM) and a new one (Python/Apache Airflow), for a scope of over 9,000 database instances undergoing migration. I define the architecture of new PostgreSQL and MongoDB offerings, and manage all associated architecture files (DAT, DAS, PGSSI). I lead a team of 8 people using SAFe Agile methodology (quarterly PI Planning, 3-week sprints) and act as Service Owner: incident management and dispatch, relationship with IBM and MongoDB suppliers.

As a member of the PAAS team, I am responsible for rationalizing the provisioning and orchestration of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) on IBM Cloud using Python, Terraform, and Airflow scripts. Create and maintain a tool to automate the provisioning and orchestration of databases for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis on IBM Cloud. Effectively manage database migrations. Implementation of unit tests with pytest to ensure code reliability. Improve code quality by integrating SonarQube and flake8. Effectively communicate new features to business teams. Contribution to technical documentation and team member training.

As a member of the IAAS team, we were responsible for the creation, evolution, and maintenance of a global tool (Python, Flask, Celery) for efficient server hardware updates. Implementation of a continuous integration pipeline with GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, pytest, and flake8 for high-quality code and streamlined deployments (Ansible, Terraform). Managed the migration of internal applications to the cloud environment. Creation of robust APIs with Flask to facilitate interaction with the patching tool. Writing unit tests with pytest to maintain code reliability. Use of Celery and Redis to efficiently manage asynchronous tasks. Monitoring virtual machine performance using Prometheus and Grafana for proactive issue identification. Development of reporting tools to support troubleshooting and proactive maintenance of hardware issues. Automated deployments using Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible for increased efficiency. In-depth analysis of hardware data with Grafana and PostgreSQL for informed decision-making.
