• - Design advanced spreadsheets with Excel VBA, enabling efficient and accurate analysis of concrete formulas based on component characteristics.

• - Analyze and verify the compliance of concrete formulas for special foundations, in order to select the most suitable formula for each type of foundation.

• - Perform quality control of concrete through suitability and monitoring tests, and write detailed reports to ensure compliance with standards.

• - Study on the use of colloidal agents, aiming to optimize the effectiveness of concrete for continuous flight auger piles.

• - Analyze tender documents in order to propose relevant technical and economic solutions.

• - Effectively manage and coordinate relationships with co-contractors and subcontractors, negotiate and present attractive offers to clients.

• - Develop financial offers and write technical notes and memorandums (site visit, quantity take-off, schedules, definition of human and material resources, costing, and work execution methodology).

• - Monitor the progress of work until final acceptance, while compiling As-Built files.

• - Participated in projects of various scales, up to tens of millions of euros, including the realization of the Sablettes promenade in Algiers and the reinforcement of the quays and moles of the naval base of the 5th military region in Jijel.

• - Identify and select projects with a strategic approach.

• - Estimate projects and develop convincing technical proposals (costing, schedules, resource definition, execution methodology, QAP, SOPQ, technical memorandum).

• - Ensure economic and technological monitoring to strengthen the competitiveness of offers.
