• Implement global security strategies to maintain the continuity of systems and update these based on local threats.

• Monitor internal and external information security and cyber security policy compliance, review and assess information security audits.

• Drive resolution of cyber security incident responses and address security vulnerabilities.

• Drive training campaigns on cyber security awareness according to the global security awareness program and based on the local reality. Manage and train cyber security staff.

• Responsible for identifying potential risks and recommendations on how to prevent and/or avoid that risk for inclusion in global operational security strategy.

• Collaborate with the regional S&RL to understand and develop further the controls and processes required to improve information security.

• Accelerates and Drives implementation of new Security strategies and standards from global D&T towards the HEINEKEN OpCos.

• Research / participate in peer security forums (3rd parties and peers Companies) to identify opportunities to benchmark and continuously improve local implementation of standards and best practices from across IT or from the marketplace.

• Provide security expertise across multiple technical platforms to various OpCos stakeholders in all phases of solutions development (Ideation, Design, build, test) and Operations.

• Assist with the review and closure of Information Security Issues.

• Review execution of PCD security deliverables (patch compliance, AV, backups, etc.).

• Support OpCo communications and roll out of security standards, procedures, etc.

Delivering Security courses (TrendMicro, CompTIA sec+, cyber security foundation, CISM, …) to international clients

 To implement the Security policies of the company for several domain of activities, which are our network and its multiple Interco, Remote Access service and our laptops/desktops.

Managed internal AV solution globally.  Managed Firewall Policies and contributed in box refresh projects.  Contribute to the definition and review of these policies.  Manage IT projects driven by Security concerns.  Manage security change requests on our perimeter.  Support the securing of our web services exposed on the Internet.  Managed the policies on our reverse proxies in the DMZ.  Promote Security best-practices  Contribute to internal and external audits as needed  Work closely with the Security Service Manager and Security Chief Officer.  Manage our system of logs collection and provide high-level analysis  Help to the resolution of internal cyber security incidents  Run vulnerability assessment on internal resources to ensure compliance and reduce risk
