Implementation of webhooks for real-time interaction tracking and automatic prospect qualification.

Backend development in TypeScript/NestJS with a PostgreSQL database for storing campaigns, call scripts, and prospect data. Implementation of a queue system with Redis to manage call volume and comply with external API rate limits.

Deployment on AWS with Docker containerization. Configuration of auto-scaling to handle load spikes during massive campaigns. Monitoring of performance and API costs.
