The classic problem for small structures: key information from meetings and site visits gets lost or arrives incomplete to the teams.

Key achievements:

• Briefing agent: the partner dictates their notes after a meeting (voice or text via Telegram), the agent asks missing questions and then generates a structured brief for the team

• Weekly summary agent: automatic summary of the week's activity

• Automatic transcription of voice notes into French

Result: fewer handover meetings, clear and tracked instructions, zero information lost between the field and the office.

Development of Hyper, a custom AI platform for a law firm, delivered to production.

The goal: to enable a small legal firm to save several hours per day on repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on their core business.

Key achievements:

• Intelligent search in client files: ask a question in natural language and get an answer sourced from the file documents

• Automatic sorting of incoming emails with filing in the correct folders

• Automatic anonymization of documents before AI processing, for total confidentiality (GDPR compliant, European sovereign hosting)

• Integration with the firm's existing tools (Outlook, Teams, meeting transcriptions)

All designed for non-technical users: lawyers use the tool daily without extensive training.

Design and development of an AI data extraction software, a tool that automates data extraction from French professional documents: payslips, invoices, CVs, patents.

For SMEs, manual document entry represents hours lost each week. The solution transforms a PDF into usable structured data in seconds, with a confidence score for each extracted field to ensure reliability.

Key achievements:

• AI extraction pipeline (Claude API) with per-field confidence scoring

• Secure processing without data retention (zero retention), suitable for sensitive HR and accounting documents

• Simple interface designed for non-technical users
