Moovance is a Health tech app, helping aspiring athletes to move to stay fit. It has 1.5 million users.

In a context of product pivot, I am supporting the team in translating the new vision into a concrete experience by combining user needs exploration and continuous MVP testing.

- BPCE (3 months): Design of a digital payment experience more coherent with BPCE's service ecosystem and aligned with economic challenges and user needs.

Approach: scoping, internal and client interviews, user experience mapping, collaborative design sprint, target experience prototyping and testing, prioritization of a short-term product version via a storymap.

- Beta Gouv (9 months): Scoping and improvement of a public B2B product helping companies fulfill their CSR obligations. Adoption of the lean UX method to align the team and accelerate production cycles. Optimization of the conversion funnel, through usage data analysis, rapid co-design and A/B testing, doubled the number of engaged companies.

- Fortuneo (3 months): Design of a new savings product. Contribution to the design system. UX audit, benchmark, qualitative survey.

- Phya (3 months): Management and assistance in the realization of the MVP design for a playful sports app using advanced reactive AI technology.

- Other notable project types: Supporting startups in structuring and materializing their product vision (Value proposition, concept, product positioning, global experience, business model, potential user ecosystem) / Assisting in the creation of service or product storytelling with interactive presentation support intended for investors.

Position creation: structuring the UX research approach and the design process. Redesign of energy consumption monitoring and conversion tunnel optimization. Implementation of a collaborative design system. Customer service survey to improve payment management.
