The CSRH is a structure of 120 agents attached to the HR Services Department of La Poste group, responsible for payroll processing and administrative management for over 12,000 employees.

As Quality Manager, I contributed to redefining activity steering and supporting a major organizational change (transition from portfolio-based activity processing to flow-based processing).

I also participated in facilitating the continuous improvement and operational excellence approach, as well as managing a project to harmonize the activities of the various teams.

To meet increased workload in a department responsible for managing the documentation system for the entire group, I was tasked with verifying the conformity of documents sent by process owners and managing the language review by an external provider.

Within a group specializing in asbestos removal and depollution, I was responsible for designing an HSE management system compliant with the MASE-UIC standard for a company within the group, with a view to MASE certification.

I also participated in the group's OHS management by designing, distributing, and facilitating safety talks, updating the ERP/Risk Assessment documents (DUERP), monitoring action plans, and creating an emergency preparedness and response plan (PAPRIPACT).
