Packaging evolutions driven by new regulations on styrene elimination, Zamac replacement, Thermodur. Supplier security for strategic franchises. Work on the N°5, Coco Mademoiselle, Les Exclusifs, Gabrielle franchises.

Packaging development for Perfumes for launches on the J'adore, Miss Dior, and DIOR HOMME franchises, primary and secondary. Development of new bottles, caps, pumps, and accessories (textile, leather, PU, silk). End-to-end project management until market launch.

Ensure packaging development for the perfume line in coordination with development, marketing, purchasing, factory, supply chain, and supplier teams. Translate marketing wishes into technical solutions while respecting aesthetic, quality, cost, deadline, regulatory, and eco-design requirements. Be responsible for the packaging schedule and ensure it fits into the overall project timeline. Coordinate, monitor, and approve decorations, establish specification sheets and Bills of Materials. Work on the L'Art et la Matière, La Petite Robe Noir, Aqua Allegoria, and Mon Guerlain franchises.
