Bastien Kosianski

Since its launch in 2017, L'ingénieuse has been developing by listening to women to support them in their daily lives. Each piece is designed, imagined and produced in Paris by Diane Martin, the creator. The raw materials are exclusively French (Calais lace).

Since I joined the adventure, I take care of:

- Research and booking of models

- Organization of shootings (locations, pieces...)

- Social media management (content strategy, community development and interaction management...)

- Marketing: brand development, distribution

- Artistic Direction: redesign of the brand, website, supports...

- Brand image consulting: public speaking, writing, redesign of packaging etc...

Wecandoo?

It's the collective of French artisans to follow and experience! On a daily basis, our collective ensures the development of the notoriety of French know-how and revalues them during the initiation of these in workshops where participants meet the artisans and leave with their creation.

- Reflection and Redefinition of branding & brand image: use and declination of the logo according to target (B2C & B2B), new typographies, new colors, new various & varied supports.

- Creation of online content: advertising, Brand Content, video editing...

- Creation of offline content: Metro poster, Press Insertion, creation of corporate supports (booklets, packaging, business cards...)

- Web Design: complete redesign of the B2C site by applying the branding research carried out before, creation of a new site dedicated to B2B (in progress)

Under the responsibility of a project manager and an account director, I operated daily to carry out various tasks:

- Project monitoring

- Customer relationship

- Management & management of creatives

- Analysis & anticipation of customer needs

- Strategy & Creativity
