In the days when they made Europe tremble, the Vikings forged a solid reputation: as sailors, warriors, but also as shipowners and traders.

They managed to accomplish all this with limited means. Their only resources were:

> a formidable sense of tactics

> an excellent knowledge of the sea

> simple and well-designed ships

> a very good sense of negotiation

The connection to the web may not seem obvious, and yet...

On the web, you never embark without a reason: you seek to gain visibility. And for that, you need:

> a strategy (your sense of tactics)

> a good understanding of the web (your sea)

> a simple website adapted to your needs (your ship)

> a convincing discourse (your sense of negotiation).

This is what it means to become Web Vikings.
