Today, I support organizations, through reflection, training, and experimentation, in better defining and understanding the challenges of transformation. I bring in particular methods of strategic foresight, collective intelligence, and narrative approaches to think about a strategy adapted to the complexity and uncertainty in which we operate. Some examples of training/workshops:

- Paradoxes, myths, and representations: questioning the major myths (and utopias) that structure our ways of operating in organizations

How do we make decisions? What is the impact of context, organization, and the individual themselves on choices? In a complex and uncertain world, what tools can help illuminate decision-making? These are the types of questions we ask ourselves during the decision-making fresco! Decision-making is at the heart of our current transitions. Whether personal, organizational, or societal, decision-making is daily, and it is thanks to it that we steer our ship towards a chosen future. Understanding "decision-making," taking a step back from our choices, and the mechanisms that guide them is an even stronger necessity if we want to be actors of these transformations. Decision-making is what brings about change.
