As Head of Design at Vmed, I was responsible for leading a team of five designers, with the mission of ensuring the excellence of products created for the B2B healthcare sector. My main role was to oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring that each project met the needs of our partners and adhered to the standards of quality and innovation we had set.

My team and I worked closely with the development teams, establishing fluid and effective communication to ensure consistency between the design vision and the technical implementations. I facilitated exchanges with project partners to ensure their needs and constraints were taken into account in our design solutions, while balancing their expectations with technical feasibility and UX/UI best practices.

On a daily basis, my role involved coaching and guiding designers to maximize their potential, ensuring that each project was well-managed, and conducting analyses to optimize internal processes. Finally, I was also responsible for maintaining the consistency of the visual identity and user experience across all projects, thus contributing to strengthening Vmed's position as a leading agency in B2B design for the healthcare sector.

Introduction to UI/UX Design: understanding the difference between UI and UX and how they interconnect to create a pleasant user experience. User Research: how to understand user needs and expectations to design products that meet their expectations. Site Map: how to effectively organize website content to maximize user experience. Interface Design: how to design a clear and intuitive user interface using design principles such as typography, color, layout, etc. Design Problem Solving: how to solve common interface design problems such as navigation, readability, user feedback, etc. User Testing: how to test and improve interface design using techniques such as in-person user testing and online user testing.

I founded DropD alongside my studies, a digital communication agency focused on brand creation, visual identity, and website design on Webflow. We are Webflow experts, and I am in charge of research and design for product design and UX. Additionally, I am also responsible for business strategy for all our projects and clients.
