Founded and built Agend-IA, a React and Next.js application with a Node.js backend that helps professionals manage their calendar through AI. Delivered WhatsApp-based scheduling so users can create, move, and cancel appointments using natural language in familiar messaging threads. Connected AI orchestration to calendar data and business rules to reduce back-and-forth and keep availability accurate. Owned the full stack from API design and integrations to responsive UI for use on phone and desktop. Prioritized secure handling of messages and calendar access for professional use cases.

Led a team of 2 developers to deliver a concrete front-end solution addressing complex tile rendering and performance issues on Ingérop's custom mapping application. Designed and implemented a Dockerized architecture, streamlining deployment, environment consistency, and developer onboarding. Improved coding standards, structure, and maintainability of the front-end codebase within just 4 days, significantly boosting team productivity. Following the project's success, was entrusted to architect and build a new application from scratch, reflecting Ingérop's strong confidence in the quality and impact of my work.
