Monitoring payments and managing supplier reminders; recording services rendered (Excel, SIFAC+). Contribution to the quality and reliability of Agent, Customer, and Supplier databases (Excel, SIFAC+). Participation in the implementation of SIFAC+ in conjunction with the SIFAC unit, as part of the migration from SIFAC ECC to SIFAC+ (testing, data migration, and validation). Entry and processing of purchase orders, mission orders, and revenue titles (SIFAC+). Collection, control, and validation of supporting documents required for financial management operations. Monitoring and updating of budget dashboards for expenses and revenues. Digital filing and archiving of financial and accounting transaction documents and supporting materials.

Entry of accounting documents (Sage accounting, Excel). Preparation of bank reconciliations. Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts. Tax declarations, account review.
