As CX process design/implementation manager, I work for the business SME division of KPN. I design and implement customer processes for a medium and small business customer base, connect teams and departments, and ensure that improvements actually stick. Focus on clear processes, a better customer experience, and execution that lasts.

As an independent designer, I work on digital products and services for various clients — from visual design to UX/UI and design systems. This is my ongoing practice: alongside longer assignments, I take on projects where I deliver value quickly, whether it's for a new product, a redesign, or refining an existing digital experience.

I combine strong visual work with strategic thinking: not just designing what looks good, but also considering what the product and business need. My approach is pragmatic and no-nonsense — I work openly and transparently, contribute to the direction, and deliver, with the deadline as a promise. I use AI daily to make the work sharper and faster.

As lead visual design, I managed the visual design team at Rabobank, one of the largest financial service providers in the Netherlands. I guided the daily work, ensured visual quality and consistency across a wide range of digital touchpoints, and helped designers achieve their best through coaching and clear feedback.

My role was the bridge between creative ambition and scaled execution: ensuring the design remained both distinctive and consistent, while multiple teams and projects ran concurrently. I worked closely with UX, product, and development to make design not only beautiful but also workable and scalable.
