As an intern in the technical department of a company specializing in the development of fintech solutions and financial services, I contributed to:

As an Identification Agent, I am responsible for the enrollment and verification of customers, in compliance with regulatory requirements and the telecom operator's internal procedures.

My duties include:

Identification and registration of subscribers (SIM / mobile services)

Verification of identity documents and KYC compliance

Data entry and management of customer data in the systems

Adherence to data security and confidentiality standards

Assistance and guidance to customers during the enrollment process

This role directly contributes to the reliability of the subscriber database, fraud prevention, and the operator's compliance with legal obligations.

As a Maintenance Technician, I am responsible for the maintenance, installation, and monitoring of network infrastructures to ensure the continuity and quality of internet service for clients.

My main tasks include:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (modems, routers, antennas, cabling)

Monitoring and troubleshooting of internet connections and associated services

Technical follow-up of incidents and on-site intervention to resolve issues

Optimization and updating of infrastructures to ensure performance and stability

Adherence to security procedures and quality standards
