Trainer, facilitator, and moderator, I help organizations, associations, and collectives make their training sessions, meetings, and work periods more participatory, inclusive, and effective.
I primarily focus on:

Each intervention is tailored to the pedagogical objectives, the target audience, and the organization's constraints. With this in mind, I offer customizable formats to suit the needs of each structure: introductory webinars, half-day workshops, and comprehensive training sessions lasting one or more days.
I am convinced that the best ideas emerge when everyone finds their place within the collective. My goal is therefore to create vibrant work and training environments where participants become fully engaged in discussions, reflections, and learning.
