I drive the adoption of Open Geo Hub's geospatial infrastructure by helping organizations transform complex Earth and soil observation data into actionable tools for land management, carbon accounting, and landscape restoration. I build alliances that connect businesses, NGOs, and public entities with transparent, science-based workflows that establish baselines for ecosystem services, support regenerative agriculture, and make environmental decisions auditable and scalable across regions.

I advise startups and scale-ups in the agri-food and renewable energy sectors on defining and executing their growth strategy. I work with founding teams and leaders to align vision, business model, and operations, combining financial analysis with support in key decision-making. I design and improve business models, drive business development initiatives, and help turn ideas into viable, sustainable, and scalable projects.

Rockstart drives early-stage startups with innovative visions for a regenerative and sustainable future in three domains: AgriFood, Energy, and Emerging Technologies. It offers domain-focused programs and co-investments from pre-seed to Series B. As a mentor, I select projects for investment and participation in Rockstart's venture building programs, and I support founding teams during their journey through each domain's specific program.
