International Team Leadership - Team Principal:

Co-founded and lead an international sporting team representing the Royal Commission for AlUla (Saudi Arabia) and LeBron James. Built the entire organisation from zero: structure, staffing and contracts, financial management and reporting, supplier procurement, team travel coordination, hospitality and partner activation, and multi-channel strategy spanning commercial, sustainability, and marketing objectives. Full operational budget ownership across a multi-country, multi-currency programme with sovereign and celebrity stakeholders requiring the highest standards of governance and delivery.

Government-Funded Technical Project Delivery:

End-to-end project management of an electric vehicle programme supported by Innovate UK and the Advanced Propulsion Centre. Scope covered vehicle architecture, electrical systems engineering, market research, data analysis, and route-to market strategy. Successfully delivered Route-to-Market Demonstrator.

International Championship Technical Delivery:

On-event technical delivery across multiple international motorsport championships, providing data analysis, technical reporting, fault diagnosis, documentation, regulatory compliance, and governing body liaison for the FIA and series organisers.

Primary POC for electric powertrain systems at Red Bull Racing, responsible for technical delivery across a global event calendar including system analytics, hardware allocation, and fault resolution.

Designed and implemented high-voltage safety procedures and working practices; developed and delivered training programmes for technical personnel.

Led the operational integration between two organisations during a supplier transition, establishing new processes, communication frameworks, and working relationships under significant time pressure (Honda–Toro Rosso 2018, Honda–Red Bull Racing 2019).

Recruited, onboarded, and developed new team members, defining role requirements and professional standards for event operations.

Full-time trackside role providing engineering support across multiple teams (Force India, McLaren, Mercedes), managing competing priorities within the high-pressure environment of Formula 1.

Responsible for product reliability, operational compliance, live performance monitoring, and safety.

Managed the transition from one major technical platform to another (V8 to V6 Hybrid, 2014), requiring complete process redesign while maintaining delivery standards.

Specified, managed, and reported on complex Power Unit test programmes, coordinating across multiple departments with distinct objectives and timelines.
