Description

After 7 years in project management roles as an employee in visual merchandising and operational merchandising at L'Occitane en Provence and then Nespresso France, I launched myself as a freelancer in 2017 to support merchandising teams in their retail / wholesale / TR concept development projects for international luxury brands (Coty group: premium brands + Tiffany, Chloé notably • Maria Galland: furniture and beauty institute concepts).

I then felt the need to question my practices and wanted to train and gain field experience in impact to work towards a more responsible and collective economy! At makesense, I therefore supported luxury houses (Dior) and various companies in CSR impact issues (consulting and carbon assessment, support for HR / CSR teams in employee engagement, deployment of employee engagement programs).

Rich with all these experiences, I wanted to resume my freelance role to support my clients in their operational and therefore concrete projects (versus consulting) and help them to make changes in their business lines through short-term / medium-term immersion.
