Founder of BThConseil, I support SMEs in their sustainable transition, with a structured, pragmatic approach that complies with regulatory requirements (ISO 26000, CSRD, VSME, EcoVadis).

My offer is structured around three pillars: strategic consulting (issue mapping, action plan, indicators), team training (CSR, climate, reporting), and operational support (carbon footprint assessment, materiality analysis, audit preparation).

I work on a shared-time basis, as a true partner, to transform CSR constraints into levers for competitiveness, compliance, and attractiveness.

My sector expertise is adapted to the realities of industrial, tertiary, and service SMEs.

- Establishment of the Economic Intelligence Department (Watch network, partnerships, and strategic studies: 20 per year);

- Preparation of meetings between decision-makers in the social and solidarity economy sector on themes of providence, disability, or dependency: 50 per year;

- Management of watch activities and implementation of innovation levers (Lab'Ocirp, agile workshops: 10 per year);

- Building a portfolio of 5 to 10 leads per year, and launching a new offering in 2019 for employees who are caregivers;

- Planning of CSR actions: gender equality, diversity, work-life balance, remote work, value sharing, IT charter, waste and consumption reduction, etc.

- Payroll and final settlement management;

- Social relations officer: preparation of staff representative bodies and legal follow-up of individual disputes (300 recurring).
