I have been dealing with the future issues of the changing world of work for over ten years. After positions at the Federal Association for the Digital Economy (BVDW), Axel Springer, and most recently at a start-up, I became self-employed and have since been supporting companies in the areas of leadership training, team, and communication training.
When I'm not on-site at companies, I moderate various HR events or engage in science and teaching. I am co-editor of the book "Arbeitswelt der Zukunft" (World of Work of the Future) published by Springer Gabler Verlag and teach subject areas in the context of "Work and Organizational Psychology" at SRH in North Rhine-Westphalia and Hochschule Fresenius in Berlin and NRW.
