I have led the recruitment of junior to senior profiles in sectors such as engineering, technology, law, laboratory, maintenance, or administration, adapting quickly to each need. Accustomed to managing more than 20 processes simultaneously, collaborating as a Business Partner with different business areas, providing effective solutions and close support. After developing my career as a selection specialist, I was appointed Manager, focusing on workforce optimization projects and improving hiring and onboarding procedures. In my free time, I volunteer to provide training to people at risk of exclusion to equip them with personal tools and help them create an attractive resume, as well as practical advice on how to prepare for a personal interview.
