Context: Worldwide Release project deployment (4 per year, 3-month cycle) / budget $200K

• Standardization of Release processes for AMERICAS sites.

• Scoping of the Release with stakeholders.

• Development of Release planning milestones and their monitoring throughout. (Cut-off, Kick-off, IST, NRT, UAT, GO Live).

• Preparation of support and facilitation of meetings (Daily/Weekly).

• Ensure project deliverables meet Audit requirements (Internal and external).

• Coordination with Security Officers to validate the integrity of deliverables/components.

• Monitoring of PenTest/DAST/SAST.

• Coordination with Offshore testing teams in Mumbai/Chennai.

• Continuous monitoring with business and operations during the acceptance and validation phase.

• Dissemination of weekly progress reports on the release.

• Coordination, communication, and preparation of the Go Live Roadmap.

• Conducting a Lessons Learned: Collection, analysis, and communication with different stakeholders.

PMO – Project Manager

Context: Server Migration Project across 4 sites with a budget of $10M each:

• Organization and Facilitation of the Steering Committee.

• Project scoping with all stakeholders.

• Identification of needs (hardware and resources), costs, risks (Functional, technical, and Production).

• Drafting of documentation (Technical & Functional) and presentation of the project to the Group Financing Committee (ITVC) for validation of the AMERICAS site budget.

• Analysis, documentation to calculate Return on Investment (ROI).

• Coordination with Group Architects on SI standardization.

• Creation of project plans, allocation of resources to project actions, and definition of delivery milestones.

• Monitoring of team schedules.

• Definition and implementation of RACI.

• Facilitation of a workshop to identify risks and implement solutions (temporary or permanent) to mitigate project risks.

• Organization of weekly operational committees (OPCO) with senior management.

• Creation of Dashboards / Templates for quantified visibility of project progress.

• Sending weekly reports and newsletters to all stakeholders.

• Facilitation of collaborative workshops with IT and business.

• Incident monitoring using Jira tool and coordination with asset management teams.

• Creation and maintenance of documentation on SharePoint tool.

• Definition and implementation of a workflow for incident escalation for cross-functional communication between IT and Business teams following deployment.

Context: Support for business teams in reporting results to the Bank of France

• Participation in drafting the call for tenders for vendor selection for the reporting tool.

• Defect monitoring committee with the business and the publisher SOPRA.

• Budget planning and prioritization of evolution needs with the vendor.

• Management and execution of functional and technical testing campaigns on various software packages (EVOLAN, BFC, SAP).

• Impact assessment and scoping study concerning new regulator rules (EBA).

• Change management and communication with users.

• Production support for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual runs.

• Management and drafting of functional specifications.
