Within GRDF's Software Factory, I participate in the design and development of Kuiper, an internal PaaS portal for deploying applications on Kubernetes. This project supports over 300 internal applications in their transition to the cloud.

Achievements:

→ Project initialization from scratch and definition of technical architecture

→ Backend feature development respecting quality standards (tests, code review)

→ Integration of structuring external APIs: GitLab, HashiCorp Vault, GitHub, ArgoCD

→ Backlog construction in collaboration with the Product Owner and Tech Lead

Tabesto is a startup revolutionizing fast food by democratizing order terminals. As Lead Dev, I managed the backend team and led several structuring projects to support the company's growth.

Major Projects:

→ Cloud Migration: complete adaptation of the backend application for AWS integration

→ Kiosk Application: design of high-performance APIs for the new terminal mobile app

→ Media Management: complete redesign of the images/videos module with migration to Cloudinary

→ PAC (Product to be Composed): development of a new personalized ordering flow

→ Video Media: system for broadcasting videos on the welcome screens of terminals

France Médias Monde encompasses France 24, RFI, and Monte Carlo Doualiya, broadcasting in 21 languages worldwide (259 million weekly contacts). I contributed to the development of Mezzo, the central middleware powering all the group's digital platforms.

Mezzo Project:

Middleware implementing the CQRS pattern, orchestrating about ten microservices. It ingests content from journalists via back-offices and exposes it via REST APIs to websites, mobile applications, and external partners.
