Conducted competitive intelligence, studied the Canadian and Japanese markets, and developed an international strategy for the company. Proposed opening new stands and stores in strategic locations, improved the company's social media presence, suggested collaborations, exclusive merchandising, and product diversification for American Vintage.

Wrote a report aimed at providing an in-depth diagnosis of American Vintage's export potential in two new markets. The company offers a wide range of clothing for women and men and has an international presence with over 150 stores.

Highlighted the company's strengths and areas for improvement in light of the environment, product positioning, production tool performance, human resources, and financing capacity. Made recommendations for export.
