JOG (what you see on my T-Shirt) is the startup I co-founded with my partners. It's a dating app that encourages singles to walk. We've been working on this project for 2 years, and the app is now on the market.
It's primarily in this startup environment that I developed skills at a strategic level, such as developing business plans, financial forecasts, and daily business management. These skills were added to the more operational ones I acquired during my 3 years of experience in the Sopra Steria Consulting teams (IT project management, agile methodology, product owner).
Thinking about it, I started to seriously take an interest in business strategy during my university years (during my master's degree in... Business Strategy, in fact). Performing in one's market, finding a competitive advantage to differentiate oneself, having weight in the direction of one's company, enjoying the successes of one's company thanks to the good decisions made, but also being responsible for failures due to bad ones... I see it as a great game in which I try to win!
It's because this is what drives me and what I enjoy that I turned words into action by resigning from my position in 2020 to launch my own startup. It's a situation where I can combine my strategic and operational skills.
I am fully prepared to put my experience and skills at your service. In my opinion, the combination of my background in large organizations and my daily experience in my own startup will bring value to your projects.
